    Job Overview

    Assist the Marketing Manager and AgriGold Leadership team in crafting brand marketing objectives and be responsible for coordinating internal resources and external agency partners to implement supporting tactics. Key responsibilities will be focused on brand awareness and public relations.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Assist the Marketing Manager and Brand Management Team in crafting Marketing Strategy that aligns with Brand Strategy.
    • Coordinate direction and communications for Ad Agency Partners for marketing strategy focusing on brand awareness.
    • Coordinate the implementation of tactics with the Communications Lead and other marketing team members
    • Develop and implement strategies and tactics that increase brand awareness- advertisements, campaigns, events, media releases, earned media, etc.
    • Manage brand public relations efforts
    • In coordination with the marketing team members, create and implement a brand communications and public relations plan
    • Communicate with AgReliant corporate staff and LG staff to coordinate efforts
    • Demonstrate initiative and interpersonal skills to promote and maintain successful outcomes within established deadlines with the high accuracy
    • Act as a team player and assist in all aspects of areas as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    • Bache Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
    • Agriculture background preferred but not required
    • 3-5 years experience working with or for an ad agency
    • Must demonstrate understanding and compliance of organizational policies


    KNOWLEDE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Self-starting and motivated individual capable of receiving guidance and then work independently to complete the task(s)
    • The ability and desire to take a vision or direction, propose tactics and strategies and oversee implementation of approved concepts.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with others
    • Must demonstrate understanding and compliance of organizational policies
    • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time


    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
    • Lift up to 50 pounds
    • Use of vehicle to go attend meetings, brand events and other scheduled activity
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
