    We are currently looking for Sales Trainees throughout the Mid-West.

    Job Overview

    This position is responsible for representing AgReliant Genetics in the sale and distribution of its seed products to dealers and select accounts in an assigned territory.  Responsible for achieving maximum sales and increased market penetration of brand.


    1. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
    2. Project a positive image of AgReliant Genetics.
    3. Work with designated managers as directed to learn the seed business and AgReliant Genetics organization.
    4. Submit all reports and projects required by the Sales Recruiting Coordinator or Corporate Office in a timely manner.
    5. Attend and participate in Sales & Marketing meetings and other Company functions as required.
    6. Assist in the active recruiting of new customers and dealers for AgReliant Genetics.
    7. Maintain appearance of Company vehicle and equipment.
    8. Other duties as needed.


    Duties and responsibilities may be revised as needed by Leadership either verbally and/or in writing.




    Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or related field desired; previous agricultural-related experience; excellent communication skills, team player; detail orientated; good computer skills – Excel and Word; knowledge of seed industry preferred.




    Ability to work required hours and travel as necessary; ability to lift 50 lbs.; must have valid driver’s license and meet MVR & DOT guidelines; some overnight travel required; available to relocate as required
