This position supervises warehouse operations to include shipping, receiving and storage; assists in plant as needed.


1. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

2. Projecting a positive image of AgReliant Genetics.

3. Schedule, supervision and development of personnel.

4. Storage:

  • Assign product locations
  • Insure inventory accuracy
  • Schedule fumigation as necessary
  • Insure carryover inventory is sampled and kept in cold storage
  • Assist in the supervision of the physical inventory at years end
  • Keep accurate records and reports as required

5. Receiving:

  • Assign product locations
  • Insure inventory accuracy
  • Insure proper parties are notified of product received

6. Shipping:

  • Coordinate shipping with sales teams
  • Lease trucks as needed
  • Insure paperwork is complete and accurate

7. Repair & Maintenance:

  • Schedule repair & maintenance on machines, equipment, buildings and grounds as needed
  • Gather quotes
  • Order repair parts as needed
  • Schedule contractors as needed

8. Performs duties assigned (maintenance, housekeeping, safety, etc.) to meet company quality standards. 

9. Other duties as needed.


Duties and responsibilities may be revised, as needed, by the Location Manager either verbally and/or in writing.



Associates degree in Agronomy preferred; excellent communication skills, team player; detail orientated; good computer skills – Excel and Word; knowledge of seed industry preferred.


Ability to work required hours; ability to lift 50 lbs.
