Provides technical support services to customers, dealers and sales personnel in order to promote brand products and resolve customer problems and complaints about product performance; lends service to the sales force as needed; required extensive contact with AgReliant Genetics Breeders and other potential genetics suppliers.


  1. Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  2. Responsible for projecting a positive image of LG Seeds and AgReliant Genetics.
  3. Co-responsible with the Agronomy & Product Manager for the selection of the product line-up for the assigned market.
  4. Supervision of field testing program in the assigned market including university testing, dealer and county plots (coordinated with the sales force), support to AgReliant Genetics Research NET testing programs.
  5. Analysis of experimental data.
  6. Writing newsletters, e-blasts, seed guides and other communication documents.
  7. Training of sales force and service to the customer base.
  8. Provide technical support to the Regional Business Directors and Resource Managers as needed.
  9. Participates in Product Release Committee, Agronomist Coordination Meetings and Regional Meetings in the assigned market.
  10. Maintain appearance of company vehicle and equipment in an acceptable manner.
  11. Other duties as required.

Duties and responsibilities may be revised as needed by the Agronomy & Product Manager and/or the Brand Manager either verbally and/or in writing.



Bachelor of Science in Agronomy or related field desired; five years experience preferred; excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, team player; detail orientated; good computer skills – Excel and Word; knowledge of seed industry.


Ability to work required hours; ability to lift 50 lbs.; must have valid driver’s license and meet MVR guidelines; some overnight travel required.
